Team Mom Charged With Having Sex With Player

VACAVILLE, CA― A team mom from Vacaville has been arrested and is facing charges of having sex with a player on the youth basketball team.

The Vacaville Police Department arrested Janice Marie Niccoli, 37, on March 7 after investigating reports that she had intercourse with members of the team. Detectives from the Family Investigative Response Services Team found the victim, and learned that Niccoli allegedly met the victim while she was a team mom of a private athletic team.

Niccoli is being charged with two felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor of more than a 10-year age difference. She was booked into the Solano County Jail.
